As am a new one to this PPC world , i want to know the conversion rate of my landing page. even if i search in search engines i could not get the proper solution and answers for my questions, so am expecting answer from PPC or SEM experts

To get the conversion rate, you must measure 2 metrics. The people coming to the page for the first time, and the number that actually register or buy. After that it is simple math.

You might look to use Google Analytics (or alternative analytics packages) to get this figure nice and easily. In fact, I would say that most websites benefit from making use of a suitable analytics package.

Analytics alone do not a priori provide Pay-per-Click Conversion stats. And, separate analytics are unnecessary if using certain PPC syndication, such as Google AdWords or Bing/Yahoo adCenter.
