You seem to have missed the point.

If you truly need a tutorial, then you do not yet know enough about the OS to critique it.

As for security, changing OSes is not the magic bullet.

Assuming that you refer to the matter of security, use a firewall and good anti-malware applications; and, most importantly, practice "safe surfing."
