WooThemes have great features. You don't need to worry so much because each theme already have lots of features and plugins embedded in it.

I have used a woo theme once or twice. Their designs are beautiful and their plugins make it much easier to work with, and they even have SEO specific plugins with their themes. Page loads are quick as well, and the themes themselves are not enormous that it takes ages to upload on a server.
