Adsense adverts mostly not showing in one area of my site? Very confused?

I've had AdSense adverts across some areas of my site, and yesterday added them to a new area. But they seem almost never to show up there and I'm confused why.

If I add the same code (Adsense tag) into other areas of the site, they do show up. If I run the same code on my test box at home, the adds always show up.

Here's an example URL:-
homepageofthedead.com/cgi/forum/forum.pl
There should be a 728x90 advert top middle for example, which mostly does not appear?
Yet homepageofthedead.com/cgi/forum/forum.pl?XYZ=123 does seem to make it appear?

If you click on a Fiction contribution, generally the two adverts (top right) don't appear either? fiction.homepageofthedead.com/forum.pl?readfiction=1034H

But if you go to some other contributions, or move around pages, then one or both do sometimes?

It seems AdSense is blocking the adverts on some of these specific pages?

Any idea what can be done? On the meantime I'm trying to contact Adsense directly...

I had the same problem until I checked the page in another browser so try using another browser to see if that fixes the problem.

It was down to my robots.txt file!
