I'm working on the launch of a new site and am looking to include an app for both the android and iphone. Of course this is beyond my skill-set and am looking to farm out the work. Looking for suggestions on where to find a good yet reasonable source for someone to do this work for me?

I can do this kind of work. I have both iPhone and Android experience (as well as Windows Mobile 7).
If by "good but reasonable" you mean someone who knows what they're doing and is cheap, then there's no such thing. You can certainly find good (like me) but they won't be cheap and you can certainly find cheap, but...

I have to agree with DaveSawers, when it comes to mobile development, you are going to get what you pay for. If you go the cheap route, that is likely what you can expect to get in return.
