How to create catalog pages that user can view page by page

Since I'm not a pro, I may be clumsy in my description. I'm hoping to learn what is required to develop a catalog of items that can be viewed as if one is flipping through the pages.
An example of what I'm looking for is idealindustries dot com/media/catalogs/2011/

Check out page-flip.com , that's what your example site is using and it looks pretty useful.

I prefer Drupal + Ubercart

Its fantastic (although clunky)
