Best Article Directories?

I don't know if this is the right place to post this since I'm new here.

What article directories do you use? I'm looking for high PR, do follow article directories which allows at least 3 links in signature.

Before posting new questions, please search the forum to make sure it hasn't been answered. I find the best way to do that is via the site: operator on Google. For this one I searched: article directories site:webproworld.com.
