anyone can tell me how can we learn ECMS and which CMS comes under this. Reply friends asap. Thanks in advance. :)

What does the acronym ECMS mean to your needs? In a general respect it stands for electronic contract management system, however I am thinking that is probably not what you are asking about.

ECMS stands for Enterprises Content Management System which is used for small business.

You actually mean an enterprise level CMS, which is actually still just titled a CMS. If you saw someone use the term ECMS for it, they probably just made it up on the spot. There are a great many CMS's out there that scale up well, you should not have a problem googling for it.
