I want to thank you each for taking time to review this post, even should you choose not to review the site :o)

I believe the link structure is good, as every main page is inter-linked with no broken links. Each of the primary pages has "page rank" when they are in googles directory. (this is a good thing)

I will be doing a sitemap, but am waiting until I have finished completely with the site.

Four DMOZ editors reviewed the site (yes, I know they're not suppose to...lets just say I got lucky...lol), all were favorable but one. I then submitted the site for DMOZ review, unfortunately, there is no editor for the catagory selected, though I believe it will get listed, it may take some time.

The primary issue one DMOZ editor had was the use of java (for image preload and other things) and to many images and load time using mozilla. (i have mozilla and tested out fine..sigh and didn't think the images were a big deal....though I may need to re-think that)

Would love some feed back on options and what you think I could do to improve the quality of the site, the content and the site layout.

Since I'm not a copy writer, your more than welcome to suggest pages in need of work, or heck re-write them for me..lol

Please, do not feel like you can't be critical. I will most certainly take you suggestions and give hard thought into making the changes. I want this site to be the best I can make it and most beneficial it can be for it's users.

If you review my site, I will certainly agree to review any one of yours! Just shoot me an e-mail with the page address you want my feedback on. I am typically quite pressed during the week but would certainly get it done on a weekend.

By the way, I am working on my Link Partners as well, so, if you like the site and feel it would be a quality listing in your link partners page, please shoot me an e-mail.

Thanks again!

One thing not a fan of is the nav buttons...and the animation in the backgroudn of the money..kinda takes focus away from the nav buttons.

Lot of images tend to load a little slow..and I am on dsl..so imagine dial-up...

I find a little to much text to read on the homepage..I like to get straight to the point before I go any further..

As I say..the homepage is like the door to your house..a confusing and long doorway will turn a person away from coming into your house..

Other then that..I find the site interesting...and helpful..

Keep it up..

You should probably enlarge your header logo a little bit. Between the logo, the search, and the about box it just all seems to blend in. Put in one logo and put it in prominently.

The text graphics also seem a bit out of place or not large enough. The ideal graphic text should stand out just a little in comparison with your regular text however, the first thing I see is, "Down Payment Assistance". Only after reviewing the page for a bit did I notice your logo.

Another thing I noticed is that when I click on, "Type 1" and the other buttons it resizes the page yet when I click, "Type 2" it does not. I have to tell you that this is my personal pet peeve I absolutely HATE having my windows resized. I set them to where I want to view them and I have an instant bad feeling when a site changes my view.

I still think the Main page is a bit heavy.

I would move your testimonial out of that scroll box since you have room on the right hand side.

Best of luck.

While the site is clean. It is way too bright. There is a saying that white space is a good thing. But too much is deadly. Everything is too small. I had to actually lean forward in my chair to read the content and the links.

Hope this helps. Best of luck.
