Sorry to start negativly, but the wave reminds me of the Wella logo.
On the other side I like the idea and the colours.
Maybe just do another wave.

I don't see any likeness to the Wella bug; their's is a silhouette of a face with wavy hair.

The test of a good logo is its ability to be remembered. Yours passes that test. It'd look great on your intended white background, but unfortunately my browsers default background color is lime green. Any site without a background color declaration in either its style sheet of body tag looks like total crap, and I have a visual cue to click the back button as fast as I can get to it.

The logo is good. I like the way you have incorporated the web address.

You may wish to try changing the italics back to the non italics for the strap line. The orange text already draws your eye to it.

The orange is just a little to transparent for my eyes. Either slightly darker or more yellow would be better. However that is probably more about personal taste.
