How many c class do I need

Ok so I have finally been able to decide and make up my mind that I want to start taking advatnge of C class IP addresses. So I need you guys to decide which is a good package. I have heard about the 30 c class package of page1hosting and the 125 packagce of gotwebhost.com. now page1hosting has he cheaper alternative, but is it the right choice?
I tried to google search this, but basically struck out as you know, there are not many that would like to help a brother out. I am thnking of going in for the 125 package of GWH. But I want someone to let me know whether there is any problem with this?
Server uptime, lax support(or they are too lazy to get off their bums) let me know as soon as possible guys.

Well, just from random stuff such as websites about sports, bikes, spoecifically honda 2010 as i hear it has got good traffic. Any ideas

Why do these sites need separate IP addresses? Unless you are planning to do black hat optimization techniques, there is no need whatsoever to use unique IPs for each site.
