How do you report AdWords result?

I'm wondering if there is typical AdWords report documentation. Could you tell me how do you report AdWords result to your client if you are SEM agency person, or to your big brother if you are advertiser? I'd seen AdWords reports of several firms which have graphs of daily spend and conversion, list of top spending keywords, top converting keywords. Do anyone know any other typical report template?
