Just a few hours ago, I was just trying to post comment in some leading military blogs but whenever I pressed the submit button, it displayed a message : Your IP has been Blocked for some reasons etc. Now, I am not in a position to change my IP and I need to have some backlinks from these sites. What should I do to unblock my IP address? Please suggest me immediately.

You could try looking for another way to contact the humans behind the machine, I am sure there are other ways of manipulating your IP, but I think they will all make you look a bit dodgy, which is not going to help in the long run.

I have the same concern and try to contact the administrator of the site but there was no response. Is there any other way?

Some blogs have spam filter software installed that will automatically block ip addresses marked as spam. The only way you can post to these sites is to contact the admin of the blog.

I had came across the same problem & solved only by the administrator of the site.
The only way to unblock your IP is to contact Adim. any how.

Before contacting the admin, I would jump over to. http://whatismyipaddress.com/blacklist-check
Make sure you are not being listed on some of the more commonly used lists for blacklisting.
If you are you might want to run malewarebytes or check for suspicious processes.
You can usually contact the lists and get you ip white listed directly from them after fixing the issue.

Chances are you got hit by an admin who knows what he is doing. We routinely block several countries from our sites right at setup, as 99.9% of what comes out of them (that we have seen) are spammers.

Check your current IP as described above. If you don't have a fixed IP from your ISP, you can reboot your router and you will get another one. Blacklists usually work on individual IPs and so you may be OK then. If it is a policy block, as williamc, describes, then you're into more complex solutions. If the webmaster isn't responding then they probably don't want what you are offering, sorry.

Can you please PM me a list of such countries? It may come in handy for us too.

1. You are not an SEO, you are a forum spammer.
2. You get banned because of #1
3. Learn to ask if people want fries with their order, it seems to be a job better suited to you..
