I would think that Ezine Articles would be a good starting point, although they do only accept good quality articles.

There are many article directories, however only a few are good. Two of my go to are ezine and articlebase. There are many more, but I never use the automatic submission directories. They leave much to be desired with regards to quality content.

There are many article submission directories. suite101, ezine articles, goarticles, isnare, articlebase are good ones and they have high PR.
