I have always said that the front of computing often takes place in game programming. OpenGL (http://www.opengl.org/) is the industry standard for high performance graphics. Now there is a forthcoming book on Amazon.

Do you know if the book is good?

(I know a lot of people have struggled to implement OpenGL, seems to throw up a lot of bugs for them.)

I have not read the book, but the title indicates that it is relevant and timely.
