Hopefully it`s just a big bounce...
But if it won`t get back in a couple of days or 2 weeks...there is a possibility that google penalized you

The three times something like this happened to me, my sites never came back to get good results. However, I must be honest and say that I was incurring in some heavy reciprocal linking, I believe that was the main cause for getting penalized. I find it really strange to have such a drop in serps without doing anything "bad"

Sometimes its your competition ranking higher in the SERP's and taking your place and pushing your site lower in the SERP's check that out

Well if you are adding daily articles and you do not get daily backlinks you are weakening your PageRank budget. Approx. 50% of your pages are already in the supplemental index. It is clear that you have to change your content freshness methodologies. There are many ways to keep your site content fresh without adding new pages.
I just feel sorry for people who follow advises like you should add new pages to be able to make your content fresh.
Some videos about content with Matt Cutts, Google:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gW7AUnZvSAE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qXgni6U6qk8
Also in an interview he said:
"... the number of pages that we crawl is roughly proportional to your PageRank"

Once you checked the above videos and interview, you should come up with better solutions to keep your content fresh without hurting your rankings and traffic.
Side note: I seldom add new content to my site and I always have fresh content. But I am aware that there is a lot of space for improvement which I am working on at the moment.
Good luck.

The reason?? G is evil, and F'd up, that's it. I just realized that along with the daily dozen or so page deletions I've been seeing over the past few weeks, my freakin' homepage is now deleted from their index. 12 yrs in the index, GONE. I've done absolutely nothing to it. They have about a 7-year long history of doing this.

All this discussion here is a totally strange situation for me.
I never had more than 2900 clicktroughs from Google until I checked the day before launching my redesign 27th of April 2010. I just checked today and found that I have 6600 clickthroughs from the 5th of April until the 5 of May 2010. And my GA shows increase of 16,69% traffic the last 30 days. And any homepage of any site of mine have disappeared since I entered the Internet in the year 2000.
And if the member, friend and client Watto of mine comes into this discussion he will have to share many unbelievable positive experiences.
So I think it is always easy to blame Google when someone cannot figure out how they work and what they require, and suddenly screw up.
And I am not a Google fan! I am a fan of myself!
You just need to know how to play their game. That is the job of an SEO.
Just my two cents ladies and gentlemen. ;)
P.S. I also have no problems sharing if you want to check and monitor my traffic though my Clicky account: http://getclicky.com/stats/home?site_id=30686&date=2010-04-09,2010-05-08
It's fun...

Yeah!!
But, they'll never silence me. ;) Unless I drop dead.......which is pretty likely given these course of events.

Not adding content daily to your site is fine if your a brochure-ware site with limited content but if your site is a blog and you have a few thousand readers, it's all about new fre content which you post daily.
For me, I blog because I love technology and I love to share new things I learn. It's also my "forum" for venting on various services or businesses and products. If along the way I pickup a strong reader base and pickup a strong Page Rank great. But I can't imagine my PR would be punished just because I like to post daily content for my readers.
What I've found is that when I "do not" post daily content, my traffic from Google slows down.....
So for me, it's all about #1 - Consistently Good Content #2 - A clean site.

Taking a look at your site, it looks like not a lot of the data is original content but instead a review or link to other sites. This could be hurting you. Another thing is it looks like you probably have an imbalance of Outbound Links Vs. Inbound Backlinks. This could also be causing issues on your site. This is further aggrevated as well being that none of your Outbound Links to the product pages are set with a NOFOLLOW tag...
Hope some of this helps.

If you are writing high quality content that attracts visitors and that they give you a link back, you are on the best path ever. That is what we call "natural link building".
