the setting to activate the google checkout banner on adwords?

Does anyone know the setting to activate the google checkout banner to make your adwords ads appear with a google checkout banner?

I don't think there is a setting as such? May be wrong, but I think that Google automatically puts the banner in place if you use Google Checkout.

Guess you need to make sure that your Google Checkout account is currently linked to your Adwords account - maybe that's the problem?
