how to make RSS notifications???

Hey I'm trying to build up a new website and I'm quite new at this so I didn't know who to ask. I want to add an RSS option, recently I've encountered with the following site, it's an organization that collects a financial assistance for Infertile women(link attached), and I really liked their style. How can I script it myself?
