Need alot of help with video streaming

Hi....
My name is Smile, I'm and actress and a model from Burma. I just made a website for my fans and I need to put up my movies on my website...
I'm really interested in what you said about sorensen squeeze. All my movies are on VCD which are .DAT . And I want to convert them to .FLV for my viewers to view with flash. Can someone please make me a step by step tutorial in order to achieve this??? Please please please!!! I've made about 70 movies...so it's sooooo much work!!Thanks alot
