1. First of all thanks to Rah and Mike that allowed me to make this post. Preferably it will be a sticky.
2. My forum, former extranet is not very active, but it have some very special sub forums focusing on
   - Finance and economics. My profession.
   - Object oriented programming, Simula, BETA, PHP 5.0+ generally and C++ especially.
   - XML technologies (XLink, XPath, Xpointer, XML Schema, XSL(T) etc.) and the DOM.
   - Server and browser security.
3. Because of very limited resources it is tightly moderated. Read the forum rules carefully if you sign up.
4. Now I will open the forum to WPW members that have been here for a while and contributed positively.
5. You need to PM me a static IP address to get access. Edited by ctabuk - highlighted, in case it is missed.
6. Personally I will, if there are some traffic, share my resources between WPW (eBusiness and web advertising and promotion) and my forum. When relevant, I will link to WPW threads / posts. IMO opinion, forums are the most open communication channel, more open that Blogs and social networks.
7. I have ordered Borland C++ Builder 2009 Professional that will, hopefully be a main subject. There is a C++ sub forum. I have some experience with older versions of C++ Builder professional and have a lot of code examples and fairly extensive littereture on the subject.
8. To guard against spammers, I will require that you have made at least 200 meaningful posts at WPW. I may make exeptions to old members (signed up in 2006) or earlier.
9. So, if you want to sign up, PM me a static IP-address.

Today I updated my information on server security.
