rss2html.php 302 feed error ??

An RSS Feed I wish to use is returning a 302 error on my own site but not on another site.
The same code is used on the other site, (so this does not appear to be that issue) and other feeds display on my site OK.

I am using rss2html.php, v 3.12 2008/05/ error occurred using v3.11 as well

The feed used to display without issues; but now return 302 error at :-
http://www.naryou.com/my_rss_feed.php?XMLFILE=http://www.jobserve.com/news/news.rss?M=131071&C=1

They return error 302:- Unable to open RSS Feed Jobserve Latest News with error HTTP ERROR: 302, exiting
(I believe this is a page moved error, so far as I’m aware the RSS feed has not moved.)

Most, (if not all), other feeds display OK on my site.

The feed above works when used on another site, the feed function e.g.:-
http://www.rss2html.com/rss2html.php?TEMPLATE=http://www.naryou.com/rss_basic_feed_template.html&XMLFILE=http://www.jobserve.com/news/news.rss?M=131071&C=1

It, sounds like some sort of hosting issue to me but I don’t know what?
