Problem in autologin in remote site by HTTPwebrequest class

Please help me I am using HTTPwebrequest class in asp.net for autologin in remote site by using the post method. But its not posting the page and redirected back to login page. Pls give me proper code for autologin in remote site with username and password from my site.
