Forms & Dreamweaver MX 2004

Hi all,

I have build a working form in Dreamweaver MX 2004 which is great, i am trying to impliment a File Upload box but the Form is not recognising it in the post.. Any Ideas?

post the html here so we can have a look. Note also that for file uploads certain parameters will have to be set on the server.
