Can you help me find a taxonomy module for drupal v6?

I am desperately seeking a drupal v6 taxonomy module that will display the top level categories in columns and rows similar to a dmoz front page layout. Anyone? I have searched the drupal database as well as search engines and can't find it!

It is for ScoopBucket.com | no longer limited to two scoops...
