Default Parsing xml feeds

Hi,

I am buying a sports xml feeds for 7 websites that I am interested in building out. The xml feeds need to be parsed an go to a database were I can see them and send them to were ever webpage I want in the seven sports websites. Also need to be able to add an image to the feed in the database. I need a developer that can build it out for me.
