Default Expression Web compatability with NON microsoft browsers Please help!

I am a college student running a website (aka I have one web desing class under my belt). I have been using microsoft expression and not using strict code. links are all messed up in non-microsoft browsers.

Please look at my site http://topspinsports.com

The hyperlinks all contain a white border around them. Can anyone check out the code and see what the problem might be. The problem is in mozilla and firefox (basically non explorer)

I want to fix this before I take the site to the next level. It seems to do this with EVERY hyperlinked that has not been clicked yet. After clicking, it returns to normal. Please help if you have encountered this problem or you know how to fix it.

I really appreciate any help or feedback.

Thanks!!
