Default new to delphi...
I am about to learn a new tool/language - Delphi, do you guys have any reference links or books that you think it's good for the newbie?

I also want to know the tool I should use? Kylix? or other GUI tool.

I don't want to get into a whole religious language thing, but delphi is pretty much near deaths door - every delphi programmer I know is moving into c#/.net and the only delphi projects I've seen recently are to port to new platforms.
