Anyone knows of a good Classifieds script?

Hi,

Anyone using a classifeds script?
I am looking for a classifieds script:
- for a UNIX server ... MySQL
- allows for free adverts as well as paid for adverts
- allows ADMIN to set/vary period of adverts to show ... e.g show for 2 weeks then automatically gets hidden - unless renewed by user and/or ADMIN.
- allows ADMIN to approve an advert before it goes live.

I am not looking for a free script, but rather one that is reliable/supported.
