Default WYSIWYG Features in Joomla

Hi
I have a website in Joomla version 1.0.13 It has in-built text editor (WYSIWYG) which supports almost all features but it doesnt have features like highlight, cut, copy, paste etc.

Do I need to integrate advanced version of WYSIWYG or can I update the existing WYSIWYG.

Please advice.
Thanks in advance.
