Default SMS system
I am looking to provide a sms system to my customers. Which is the best provider to use, i require an api interface using php to receive alerts of messages incoming and automate outgoing messages, using a reverse rate system at maximium of 25p per text.

what about trying m-science.com? they have both online self serve solutions and integrated sms messaging software you can use.
