I think the global economic war might have people looking for local talent soon enough. I do not outsource. So I cannot claim this with any sort of certainty.

Never do business with Sunsoftwares

What they do, is they tell you all the time the project is taking longer. And at the end they do not give you the product you payed for. It was a project of around 6 weeks, now it took 6 months, and what I got was still very badly.

When your at Odesk, and using the services of Sunsoftwares, change it as soon you can, because you will not receive what you payed for.

To be honest, I think they are realy stealing from me! And as advice. Do not do business with sun-softwares.com!

Yeah, the competition will be focused on English speaking countries. But, English is just a secondary language in the Philippines. Maybe same for India, China or even Indonesia.

I guess a country can become a number 1 competitor when it comes to dedicated outsource staff and cost-effective quality of service.
