Newsletter Software Is Needed

Hello,

I have a client who seeks a newsletter software for his website. This softwa
re must be written in PHP and include the following features:

#1, Signup Page and easy to add to their home page.

#2, Thank You Page: Easy to edit after visitor registers.

#3, Ability to signup to remove themself from the newsletter.

#4, Admin: ability yo send out newsletter to their member by creating either
HTML/CSS or Text.

SugarCRM Open Source is a very powerful CRM application having strong Campaign Manager. It does not have sig up and sign off option, but it can be done.

If you can be more specific, we can find the exact script you want. Do you want double opt in? Cancellation option on every message?(This is highly professional).
Composing and designing your own emails is easy to find, as well as any functionality you desire. I can search some more if you still need help! I love doing this type of thing, for it is a vessel to learn about what is available and offshoot options.
First, what server/host do you have? What are the email types included?

I have used it before with good success - and if you set it up properly it will catch bounced emails and process them to keep your lists clean.

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have you tried

PEAR :: The PHP Extension and Application Repository ?

Pro: Developed and maintained by a group. Contra: Difficult if you do not know OOP.

PHPlist may be good enough.

Resourceindex has a lot of software tools, more specifically the PHP ResourceIndex as mentioned above.
