phpBB forum - What is a good low cost host?

Hi...I have a Florida based web site and would like to start a phpBB forum. Is there a host out there that for a very low monthly cost, no upfront fee, that I can start a Florida based forum? Something with a nice GUI interface for admin, and also lets me put up adsense code, and modify the look of the site.

Any details would be greatly appreciated.

1and1.com is good. $3/mo great features.

Everyone has their favorite and you will probably get plenty of different opinions.

Its hard to beat 1and1's $3 per month. http://hostgator.com/ is pretty reliable and so is http://vortechhosting.com/.

Thanks guys, It is a lot easier to get some feedback than just do a search for phpBB and have to navigate through all the ads and information.

It seems like having a niche, and doing a forum is the most cost effective way to get more content. I have been doing a lot, but it takes a ton of time to photograph a florida location and write it up, title tags, meta, and make corrections. A unique forum, seems like the right approach. Any success with something similar?
