Default Anyone used odesk.com before?

Hello

I've been through six programmers over the last three years in an attempt to get a very large project of mine up and running. It's all custom php stuff that can be very confussing to understand, so no WYSWYG programmers will due. I've paid over $12,000 so far and i'm very tired of paying for sloppy work and poor results. Budgeted funds are used up, so if I'm going to get this done I need someone reliable and affordable.

I was wondering, has anyone used the okesk setup before? http://www.odesk.com Looks like an interesting setup where you can monitor what your programmer is working on and only pay for hour actually worked.

Anyone used it?
Thanks,
Drummin
