Default HOW TO: Manually start video on my site????

Hi all, first time in this part of the site.

A question. what is the best and cheapest way to add video to my site?

I have just installed video on my site using the <embed> and <object> code. (Just found out this does not work with firefox.. sucks!)

I have wmv files so it uses Windows Media player.

I have 3 clips on the page but I do not want them to automatically play. Right how as soon as the page is downloaded, the clips start to play.

Is there a way or code to wait until the visitor clicks on the play button? I have changed this code:

param name="autoplay" value="false"

to both true and false with no luck.

Thanks all.

Michael
