Default Credit application

Hi I have searched the forum and so far haven't found an answer to this problem. The client wants their credit application to come through exactly like it looks and filled out. They do not want to use a database, they want it to come through in an email. Any suggestions, I have tried converting the image of their app to pdf and sending through email, however unlike a word doc that has been changed to pdf you can't seem to enter text on the image. Thanks in advance, Viki

It's possible to create editable pdf's. I know that Adobe Designer works for this, and there may be other applications that do the same.

It's a little tedious to build, but you can take a scanned form, convert it to a PDF and then use Acrobat to put editable fields on top of it.

A credit app contains some pretty personal information..
and they want it sent over (unsecured) email?

Is the form secure?
What operating system is the site on?

Could you pipe the data through something like
Ghostscript?

Whoa. Back the identity theft buggy up here. Tell your client that sending this info through email is NOT a good idea and if the emails are intercepted and used for illegal activiities, they are open to some major lawsuits.
