Default FTP Client Login - Linked to website

Hi All,
My company website has a client login area; this is very basic allowing clients to upload/download files for us to edit them – everyone one using the same login details.

We would like to update this in order to issue clients with individual usernames and passwords; this would allow them to have access to their own folders, therefore they would not be able to see other clients work.
We managed to find a program which allowed us to do something like this but it was based on 'projects' rather than individual folders, it also had an upload limit of only 20mb - we would be looking for something unlimited or at least 500mb.
We would also like the programme to have an admin area so my company can go in upload/download the folders and edit our client’s details etc.
This program would need to work within the websites design structure i.e. header and footer is displayed on all operating pages of the login area.

I was hoping someone would be able to suggest a place where I would be able to find such a programme. I am not a programmer, ideally, a program would be the best solution, however I am open to all options.
If it helps my website is [google][yahoo][wiki]www.mh-exhib.com

Any help would be really appreciated as I’m running on a bit of a tight schedule.

Thanks for thanking the time to help.
[/wiki][/yahoo][/google]

Depending on the scope of the project and or budget.. and given the size of the files and data requirements..
why not use a vps as a client server?

The Control Panel can manage user/clients easily.

And the security of the company servers is not compromised...

Just a thought..
