Adding to a Script

I am trying to use this free knowledge base program: kbpublisher.sourceforge.net/ on a site and I would like to add some functionality where it adds the visitor submitted clients to the DB as well as emailing them and the admin (Already emails admin)

Could someone please look at the code and offer some suggestions?
