saving media files instead of automatically playing

Hi Gang.

I hope someone can help, I'm a self taught web designer, and this is just one of those problems I can't work out the answer for on my own.

I have some media files on my site www.misterballoons.com.au and I wish to prevent the file just opening a media player and playing ... What I want to do is prompt the visitors to save the files to their computer and be able to play them repeatedly without blowing out my bandwidth.
