Client Management Program

I am looking for a client management program. Not so much one that will help in the billing (though invoice generation would be helpful) but one that will help me manage logins to various things, like Control Panels, Emails, Advertising Campaigns and various site logins.

Is there something like this available?

I have actually custom coded something very similar to this for a client.
I used asp.net and sql.
I imagine we could use access as well.
