Default Marquee solutions

Hi guys!

I am presently building my website registered and hosted at godaddy. Because of the restrictions in the editing procedures, I had to build my html pages outside it for a while. Then copy the codes and paste it to a template at godaddy.

Problem comes in everytime I have a marquee in my page. I can't copy ad upload it to godaddy. Is Marquee applicable only to some programs but not to all?

Help me guys.

Thanks.

The Marquee tag is an IE extension but is supported by other browsers. This tag is generally not used and maybe not supported by the program being used.

Worth the try. Check out these two:

and
http://javascriptkit.com/script/cut57.shtml
I never did like scrolling text and so did not take trouble to create any except a textbox one.

Thanks sands...

By the way mine is not just a rolling text it's more of items or products hot from our main store.

I wished to use marquee to present our products in an artistic way. Is this aim reachable using javasript?

Wow! Thanks Sands.

By the way, the FrontPage supported <marquee> can be read by all SEs but I have known that a marquee that works in all browsers employs JavaScript (which might not be read by all SEs). Is this true?

Hey what you gave me are really nice stuff. Thanks a lot.

SEs should not have any problems with JS. Glad to know you found the links useful. Cheerio!

You mean to say that all SEs can identify all sort of JS?

OK thanks. I'm still studying those stuff you gave me last time.
