Default how IP address record?
I dont know whether is a good place to post this thread, sorry if not.

Is there a way to record the IP address of users? I would like to be able to verify the geographic location of a users.

In PHP the IP can be known with the $REMOTE_ADDR variable and can be used to print out the IP or store it in a database or file.

Site is in pure html and form processing method is cgi.

I got the hint from your response and later I do some tests and found the solution which I want to share with you.

I have put INPUT tag in form section with
<INPUT TYPE="hidden" NAME="env_report" VALUE="REMOTE_ADDR">
