Default OS Commerce question

We are using Globalservers to host a new website. We are using OS Commerce for the first time. When we try to load the site, we get an error messege of "the configuration files do not exist or permission levels are not set".

Here are the screen shots:

What are we doing wrong?

Thanks!
Josh

Hi Josh,
I removed the link as it may contain sensitive information regarding your DB set up.
I also moved this thread to Web Programming

That error means your 2 config files are not writeable by the server.
You need to chmod them both to either 755 or 777.
Once you have completed installation, you can put it back to 644.

Do you know how to chmod a file?

Also, FYI
If the shopping cart is to be the main component of the site, you should install it in the root directory instead of a folder.
