RSS feed setup

I have somebody who wants me to call them tomorrow about some things, one of which I believe is setting up an RSS feed for their site. Not to read from some other site, but to feed out. I believe they have IIS5 on Windows 2000. I don't know that for sure, but I think so. I'm not as well versed in setting up an RSS feed from ASP as I'd like to be. Where can I read up some, and can anybody give me any suggestions or point me at some good tutorials? I don't expect to be the one doing if for them, but I would like to be able to talk a bit more intelligently tomorrow than I could if I had to have the talk right now.
