Hi,

I recently installed a new directory script. In my admin I can add a title tag for each page. However, when I go about doing this, the title also appears on the main page and sub pages. I'd like to have it so only the category name appears
and not the entire title on all the pages.

Example: In my admin I created a category called baseball. I gave it a title tag reading as follow: "Baseball: Directory categories listed by raz-sports.com."
The entire title tag then appears on the main page, which is too long.

How would I go about fixing this? Should I post on these forums the .htaccess
coding?

I don't think this would have anything to do with .htaccess. It would help if you revealed the name of directory software.
Do you have a copy of this directory software on your computer? Basically, I think you would have to modify the code in order to get what you want. It may be in more than one file, but I would guess it's in a common header file such as header.php or something like that.
