Printscreen turned into clickable preview window

I often met directories that have screenshots of web sites that are clickable (driving you to this site after you click).

I need the same technology for printscreening, making a tiny window with printsreened site, and this window when clicked drives you to this site.

Do you know what is used? Is there any solution that manages this? Can you share your experience.
