I need a programmer!

I'm looking for a programmer to help finish a project- we're converting our site http://www.eatstayplay.com/ from a free for anybody to access to a members' site. I think it's about 3/4 of they way done with my current programmer, but he is just TOO slow and, business wise, we need to get a move on!

A person needs to know:
- SQL server
- C3 & ASP.net
- HTML
- XML
- a working understanding of Java is nice too.

This is a paid position, of course! We're located in Arizona and would like to work with somebody in the states.
