CMS issues in dotNetNuke

If any of you are dotNetNuke gurus, I've been having trouble with my Nuke CMS site at http://www.ADHDFamilies.net.

I'm running version 3.1.2, and have had no success in using the newsletter feature.

I need to be able to send newsletters to my users to keep them coming back to the site. without that feature, i feel I'm losing out on valuable contact with people that may have a very real interest in new additions to the site.

I'm positive that my permissions for host are set properly. All of my test emails send perfectly, unless I try to send through the Newsletter panel.

Any suggestions on a fix for this would be appreciated. if not, any suggestions for a new CMS system are welcome as well. I'm at wit's end, and tired of trying to fight a system that gets updates so often that upgrading is simply not practical.
