I am using a PHP program designed to manage communications for multiple clients. The program allows you to select a letter, check off the targeted customer and then indicate who will be the posted sender of the email. Since the address of the posted sender is not actually coming from their domain, we are not able to retrieve rejected email notifications. Any tips?

If the address is not coming from the same domain, it might be rejecting on the recipient side due to reverse DNS failure.
For example, if the email says it is from johndoe@example.com but it is actually coming from example2.com the email server might think the headers are being spoofed and it would be considered spam. |
