Manual refresh script

Big Hello to the developers in this forum.

This is my first time posting in this category of the forum - usually am found in the SEO area.

I need a script to use for my main homepage where everytime the user clicks the refresh button, they get different content in one of the boxes. is this possible? and is it SE friendly? what are your recommendations?

if you use a random content generation script, it will do that.
